Bernhard Trubrig has many years of real estate experience on the buy- and sell-side and has closed a large number of transactions with a volume of over EUR 300 million at Swiss Recap over the past 5 years. Eric Guggi has been transaction manager at Swiss Recap for 10 years. All employees are also privately invested in real estate. Since 2021 as Partner with Swiss Real Estate Capital. Marc Battenfeld contributes over two decades of valuable experience in the private equity and sale & rent back business. Marc Battenfeld worked until end of 2020 as partner for Capvis, the leading private equity player in Switzerland and one of the leading in the European mid-cap segment. In his over 22 years at Capvis, he managed various transactions, often with substantial real estate, in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. Prior, he worked as project manager at a German automotive supplier.

Bernhard Trubrig has studied international business administration with a focus on Russian language and economy and specializations in finance as well as change-management. He completed the Master’s program at WHU in Koblenz, Germany, and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics, Portugal. Bernhard Trubrig joined Swiss Recap in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in real estate development and marketing. Mr Trubrig is shareholder of Swiss Recap.
Eric Guggi

Eric Guggi holds a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Already parallel to his studies, Eric Guggi has been working for Swiss Recap since 2011 and has been involved in most of Swiss Recap's transactions over the past years. He has acquired an in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate. Mr Guggi is shareholder of Swiss Recap.

Dr. Yves Dudli

Over 34 years of international business experience in corporate banking, investment banking, leveraged finance and private equity, among others with Citibank and SBC/Warburg in Europe and USA.
In 2008, after 14 years of private equity, Mr. Dudli retired as founding partner of Capvis and founded the Swiss Real Estate Capital.
